No matter what apprenticeship standard you run you will already know that you need to complete an initial assessment on the learner’s knowledge, skills, and behaviours to determine if they are suitable for the programme.
But how do you currently complete these?
Are they cobbled together using a paper form? Survey Monkey? MS Word or an Excel spreadsheet? Or if you use a survey tool, is it fit for purpose?
Feedo comes ready with over 600 apprenticeship standards already loaded into it.
After completing an initial assessment using Feedo you will receive a personalised report which helps to determine learner suitability and helps to shape the personal learning journey of the apprentice.

600 Pre-Loaded Standards
There are 600 pre-loaded Skills Scan questionnaires within Feedo that you can use as they are, or you can amend them.
The requirements for each standard in terms of knowledge, skills and behaviours have been taken directly from The Institute for Apprenticeships & Technical Education.
Alternatively, you can load up your own initial assessments to use.
Your learners will receive a username and password for Feedo and will complete a self-assessment. You can choose whatever rating scale that you like. For example, some of our clients like to use a 1 to 5 scale and others like to use a 1 to 10 scale.
If the needs be, in addition to the self-assessment, you can also run a 180-degree feedback where the line manager of the apprentice also provides feedback. There’s no requirement to do this but it is an option.
