We load your managers, their respondents and configure the campaign inside Feedo. You just send us the names.

Step 4:
Launch & Chase
We send the invitations, manage the reminders, and chase anyone who hasn’t completed their feedback. You’ll get progress updates throughout.

Step 5:
Reports Delivered
Each manager gets a detailed, personalised report. You get a rolled-up view across teams, departments or the whole organisation.

Step 6:
Debrief & Next Steps
We walk you through the results, highlight key themes and help you plan what happens next. We can also schedule a re-run.
What Happens At Each Stage
Here’s a closer look at exactly what we do at each step so you know what to expect.

Step 1: Discovery Call
We’ll spend 20–30 minutes understanding what you’re trying to achieve. Are you running this as part of a leadership development programme? Is it linked to appraisals or succession planning? Do you have a competency framework already in place? This call shapes everything that follows. We’ll agree timelines, volumes and exactly what you need from the output.

Step 2: Question Design
This is where we build the questionnaire that your respondents will complete. You’ve got three options here. Use our pre-loaded statements that cover leadership, management and communication competencies. Adapt our statements so they reflect your language, values and expectations. Or start from scratch with a fully bespoke questionnaire aligned to your own framework. We’ll advise on question structure, rating scales and open-text prompts to make sure you get actionable data back.

Step 3: Campaign Setup
You send us a spreadsheet with the names, email addresses and reporting lines. We do the rest. We’ll load everyone into the system, assign respondents to each manager, configure anonymity settings and set up the campaign timeline. We’ll send you a preview so you can see exactly what respondents will receive before anything goes live.

Step 4: Launch & Chase
Once you’re happy, we press go. Every respondent gets a branded email invitation with a link to complete their feedback. We monitor completion rates daily. If people haven’t responded, we send reminders on your behalf. No more chasing people yourself. We keep you updated on progress throughout so you always know where things stand.

Step 5: Reports Delivered
Each manager receives a detailed individual report showing their scores across every competency, broken down by respondent group — self, line manager, peers, and direct reports. You’ll see strengths, blind spots and clear development priorities. On top of that, we can roll up the results across teams, departments or your entire management population so you get an aggregated picture of capability across the organisation.

Step 6: Debrief & Next Steps
We’ll schedule a call to walk you through the overall findings. We’ll highlight themes, patterns and any areas where there’s a clear gap between self-perception and how others see things. From there, we can help you plan development activities, coaching conversations or follow-up actions. And if you want to re-run the campaign in 6 or 12 months, we can set that up too — so you can measure progress over time.
